Vicki Schairer
is a filmmaker and theatre director based in Los Angeles, CA. She loves stories that explore the triumphs, failures and nuances of the human condition. Vicki creates short films with the collaborative film collective The Outfit Films and produces films under her company Vickiville Productions.
Prior to moving to Southern California, Vicki worked in theatre in Boston MA. She has directed dozens of projects for the stage including full length, one act, 10- and 1- minute plays. Vicki worked closely with playwrights to develop new work through workshops and readings. She also co-founded the collaborative devised theatre ensemble Project: Project where she co-wrote an co-directed original plays.
